National Democratic Congress ( NDC) Party suspends Mr. Worlase Kpeli.

The National Democratic Congress,NDC has suspended Mr. Kpeli Worlase for misconduct according to report.
According to letter signed by the Party's General Secretary,Mr. Fifi Fiavi Kwetey,the party suspended Mr Worlase in accordance with Article 48 of the party's constitution.
The letter read that,the attention of the Functional Executive Committee (FEC) of the party has been drawn to various acts of misconduct attributed to Mr. Kpeli Worlase.
His charges include allegation of campaigning against the party's parliamentary candidate and other forms of anti-party conduct in the Afram Plains North Constituency.
The Functional Executive Committee has since referred Mr. Kpeli Worlase to the National Disciplinary Committee for adjudication.
Mr Kpeli Worlase contested in the primaries and lost to Hon. Betty Krosbi Mensah the incumbent MP and the Parliamentary candidate of the NDC in the Afram Plains North.
Mr. Kpeli Worlase will be appearing before the Disciplinary Committee for hearing and will be in his interest to avail himself for adjudication to enable the Committee to submit a report with recommendations to Functional Executive Committee for further action.
After loosing in the primaries,he decided to contest for the Member of parliament in the Afram Plains North as an independent candidate which makes him to campaign against the party's parliamentary candidate.
