Ve Koloenu citizens Diaspora donate to EP School.


The call for digitalization is a thing every individual is getting involved in. 
In as much as that is concerned, the project officer of the school, MR DZIEBLEWO RICHMOND together with the school management took time to look at some of the pressing needs of the school.
Desktop computers was one of the items identified.
The school, which have an average class size of 43 has only two computers working.
This management decided to cry out to benevolent individuals and they came to their aid.
MR FORSON ACHER DZOTOR (National Chairman of GHANA SCIENCE ASSOCIATION), the laison between the KOLOENU CITIZENS leaving in America today 18th of December, 2023 donated five desktop computers to the school.

In his handing over speech, he encouraged the learners to take their studies seriously in other to become better adults than them. He added that, they should not see the little challenges they are going through today to be an obstacle. He encouraged the learners to set targets for themselves, break them and set new ones.
He again added, that, he have acquired some science reading materials for the school to be kept in the schools library to serve as a supplementary research material to them.
To conclude his speech, he told the learners to study harder to keep the academic, moral and social performance of the school higher.

*MR PETER YAYRA ABROAMPAH*, the headmaster of the primary school who received the items thanked the donors very much and assured them that, they will put them into good use to yield better results.

Earlier, *Mr FOSTER KWAME AGORTSE, (FORMER REGIONAL MANAGER OF EP SCHOOLS, VOLTA &OTI , &AG GENERAL MANAGER OF EPCG SCHOOLS, GHANA)* donated three LG computers to the school in response to the same cry of creating a digital learning environment for the school.

In all, the school can now boast of ten working desktops to be used by the learners during their ICT lessons and also during their e-library reading moments, a brand-new cannon 2425 image runner, and a beng projector with screen, two routers to connect to the internet for research work all latter items donated by *lPROFESSOR PETER K ATADJA.

The assistant Head prefect of the school  MS AMOAKU JULLIET SABIA in her vote of thanks thanked the donors for always thinking positive of the school and also added that, the SRC will make sure learners take their studies seriously coupled with the efforts of the teacher's.
In attendance were a cross section of the staff and students .
