Tescon President of Tamale Technical University arrested over bad comments.

Tescon President of Tamale Technical University was arrested last night for alleging that the Regional Minister, who dressed casually to welcome the President this week, did not take his bath.

The Northern Regional Minister, Alhaji Saani Alhassan is however accused by NPP supporters at TaTU for allegedly causing the arrest of their colleague, who doubles as President of Tertiary Students Confederacy (TESCON), Sayibu Ibrahim.

In an interview with the president of Students Representative Council (SRC), Dauda Gafaru on Radio Tamale’s evening talkshow, dubbed – “Be Citizens, Not Spectators”, the SRC president narrated the arrest, saying the issue has been blown out of proportion.
