Kpatarigu: DCE hands over 3 Unit Classroom block.

The indefatigable District Chief Executive for the Binduri District who couple as the National Association of Local Authorities of Ghana(NALAG) President of the Upper East Region, Hon. Ayinga Abagre Yakubu in the late hours of 26th May, 2022, handed over a 3unit classroom block with ancillary facilities at Kpatarigu(a suburb in Binduri district) to the district Director of Education, Binduri.
Kpatarigu is one of the communities in the Binduri district which holds child education in high esteem and therefore in some years back undertook a community mobilization which led to the construction of a mud structure to initiate formal education in the community.
It indeed served the purpose of which it was meant for until recently that due to increasing number of pupils and bad environmental conditions, the structure is no more friendly for academic works to take place.
The fabulous DCE then took an initiative on April,  2021, to construct a one number 3unit classroom block to curb the classroom deficit at the named community and hope to add more in the near possible future. This led to the realization of this project.
The District Director of education was very happy of this kind gesture from the DCE and therefore promised to give out 28 of the 180 dual desk classroom furniture that was donated to the sector by the workaholic MP for Binduri, Hon. Abdulai Abanga to the school to provide a conducive environment for teaching and learning.
The GES Director and his entourage, the E/A Assembly man, opinion leaders, and all the good people of the Kpatarigu E/A expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the DCE  for the good works they are doing for the people.
