NPP disqualifies Kafui Amegah from contesting in the Constituency Primaries.

The Election Committee of the New Patriotic Party(NPP) has disqualified a popular radio commentator of the party in the forthcoming Constituency Executive Committee election in the Atiwa East Constituency in the Eastern Region, The Hawk Reporter reports.

Although, the alleged disqualification of the chairmanship aspirant was yet to be made public, it was reliably gathered that he was disqualified because the incumbent legislator is alleged to have said she can’t work with him.

This is the second time the party is restraining Cudjoe Kafui Amegah from participating in elections of the party in the Atiwa East Constituency; first, he was barred from running against the Deputy Minister of Finance in the parliamentary primary, and now from the Constituency chairmanship.
