Fair Justice Initiative Donates to Prisons.

Executives of the Fair Justice Initiative, a non- governmental organization based in Accra have today the 31st of March, 2022 donated twenty (20) water closet toilet sets to the Ghana Prisons Service at the Prisons Headquarters in Accra.

Presenting the items, the Programmes Manager of Fair Justice Initiative, Madam Adjoa Offobea Owusu- Manu stated that the kind gesture was in response to a request by the Director General of Prisons, Mr.Isaac Kofi Egyir to support in upgrading the ablution facilities of some prison establishments whose places of convenience are outmoded. 

The intended beneficiary prisons establishments of the 20 sets of water closet toilet include Kpando and Yendi local prisons.

Chief Superintendent of Prisons (CSP.) Micheal Obeng who received the items on behalf of the Director General of Prisons, thanked the organization and assured them that the items would be used for the intended purpose.
