The Success Story of Mr. Setordzi Edward.

Setordzi Edward has been honoured the overall best 2019 graduating student of the Akatsi College of Education.

He was one of the graduands of the 13th Congregation of Akatsi College Education who successfully completed and graduated from the College at a joint ceremony organized by the College for both 2019 and 2020 Graduating Classes.

He graduated with a Commutative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.8 and was awarded outstanding student for Academic Excellence.

His Background

Setordzi Edward was born on the 25th of June, 1998 to Samuel Setordzi and Esinam Blebu at Anloga in the Volta Region of Ghana.

 

He started his basic education at Anseco Basic School up to class four. For a reason best known to his mother, she moved him to Kekeli School Complex at Aflao where he completed his basic education successfully in 2012 and that qualified him to second cycle. 

Edward attended Anlo Senior high School (Anseco) where he studied science and completed in 2015. After spending a year in the house to help his parents who are farmers to raise money for his education, in 2016 he had admission to Akatsi college of education to study Science program where he completed with first class honours and also as the best student of 2019.

Though he went through thick and thin, he had never given up on his dreams. He had always believed that "dreams can come through if only the courageous can pursue them".
