Support A Vocation Project: Lady Cornelia Foundation Drops Another Project After 2020 Street Feeding in Accra
Thursday, August 26, 2021
Supporting the needy in society is a collective responsibility since not everyone is born with privileges.
Over the years, various NGOs, Individual Foundations and Philanthropists have offered their widow’s mite for the development of others.
One of such benevolent foundations is the Lady Cornelia’s Foundation headed by Cornelia Kafui Djordjormey, a former SRC General Secretary, University of Ghana.
Having tasked themselves with putting smiles on the faces of others, the foundation has embarked on some very life changing projects including feeding the streets of Accra, on January 1, 2020. Now, there’s another.
Under the initiative dubbed “Support A Vocation Project”, the team heads to the Volta Region, precisely, the Keta Municipality, Keta-Dzelukope to donate vocational equipment including sewing machines and dryers to women in various fields of vocations.
Realizing that a number of women who have successfully gone through their vocational trainings are still left at home with their knowledge and skills while others who are still learning are without the equipment for their hands-on practice, the foundation deems it fit to embark on this all-important life enriching project.
The project is scheduled to take place on 26th September, 2021 in Keta, in the Volta Region of Ghana.
One cannot do all these alone and as such we are calling on all benevolent Ghanaians to join this initiative and support both in cash and kind for this good course.
Kindly reach out to the organizers of the project on 024 500 4507 to donate towards the project.
