Sogakope: Alleged Kidnapped Boy Rescued.

A 18 year old student of Sogakope Senior High School JHS has been kidnapped by unknown men.

The guy named as Elijah Dagadu was asked to close their shop around the station by the Grandmother.

Upon reaching there for a while, the mom heard a loud shout and she quickly approached there but they saw only broken bottles and the son is no where to be found.

They quickly place a call to the police but they weren't reachable but the Assembly members were reached and an announcement was made on Freedom fm and other places for help.

Upon the search for the boy, he was found around 11pm to 12midnight but can't talk. He was sent to Sogakope District Hospital for treatment and when he recovered.

The Uncle (Oswald Goh Anani) who narrated the incident to Freedom Fm said

"Elijah was closing the down padlock of their shop and two unknown men just passing by grabbed and covered his mouth and carried him through the Market and dropped him on their motor bike and they flee off.

On their way around Gbornorkope, a suburb of Sogakope, he spotted two people coming and he started struggling with the people on the motorbike and the bike fell.

at that time, the alleged kidnappers took to their heels.

The Samaritans picked him up unhurt despite the trauma he went through and put him on a motorbike to the family at Sogakope where he was sent to the District Hospital for further treatment"
