ADAKLU: MP COMMISSIONED NEWLY BUILT HEALTH CENTER AT ADAKLU -WUMENU.


The Member of Parliament(MP) for Adaklu Constituency, Hon.Governs Kwame Agbodza has commissioned a newly built health Center at Adaklu- Wumenu. 
The facility which consist of an Outpatient Department Treatment (OPD), Two Consulting Rooms, a delivery room, Male and Female ward, Dispensary and a Laboratory is to serve the health needs of the people of Adaklu Wumenu and it's environs.
 
The project which started somewhere in the year 2016 , and funded by Hon. Governs Agbodza with his share of the National Health Insurance Levy and MP Common Funds with an initial contract sum of GHC266,850.00 but doubled due to delays of implementation.
Also present were the District Chief Executive (DCE), district coordinating director, staff and management of Adaklu district assembly and the Health director.
The MP  stated, "Adaklu will continue to see new developmental projects in the area to  serve as a blueprint to other communities" and  also emphasize on the rapid spread of covid-19 in the country. He therefore asked the people to observe the protocols by wearing nose mask, hand sanitizers etc. 

The district chief executive, Hon. Phanel Kade  urged the health workers to create a good relationship with the people for cohesion to exist between them for a friendly environment.

Togbe Sepre III, chief of Wumenu says he is pleased with the good works of the MP and urge him to continue the developmental projects in the entire Adaklu Constituency. He also thank the MP on behalf of the people of Adaklu.
