According to Captain Smart no party should come and cry accusing the Electoral Commission of rigging for any Party. Been it the National Democratic Congress or New Patriotic Party.

He said he is sending this warning based on experience he had at Keta in the 2012 elections. According to him he was then at Adom TV and radio.

Their reporter told him that one man counting the ballot papers had gentian violet in his hair. And all that his aim was to destroy ballot papers of his opponents.

So what he does was that when he rubs his hands in his hair and stamp on the papers. They found out and the police took him away.

It happened in Keta and it’s likely it was against the NPP so they should be vigilant. The NDC shouldn’t forget it could be done in Ashanti against them as well.

So both the NPP and NDC should be vigilant because the rigging starts with their own people at the polling station.

This is because What the Electoral Commission Announces or documents is what comes from the polling station.
