Information gathered gathered by Konkonsah GH reveals that the outgoing Moderator is yet to hand over to the newly elected Moderator Reverend Dr. Lt. Col (Rtd) Bliss Agbeko in December before his untimely demise.
The 65 year old was commissioned as a pastor of the EP church in 1989 after a successful completion of school at Trinity Theological seminary Accra , where he obtained a degree. He further proceed to Eden Theological seminary at United States of America for his Master's and Doctorate. He serves as district pastor at Peki in the Volta Region,Sekondi Takoradi in the Western Region where he managed several branches with a track record of increasing membership and branches even to the Ivory Coast.
Dr. Agidi also served as the principal of the EP Theological Seminary-Peki and member of international missionary organization. He is also the founder and President of Shepherd Centre of the aged, an NGO affiliated to the church. He was a teacher by profession and left behind a wife and childrens.
He was inducted into the office as the Moderator of the EP Church in 2015 at the Dela Cathedral,Ho after his predecessor Very Reverend Francis Amenu.
According to sources, there would be an emergency General Assembly Executive meeting on Thursday October 15th in Ho at 10:00 am to deliberate on the way forward.
