A/R : Juabeng MP Cuts Sod For Construction of Major Projects.

The Member of Parliament for Juabeng Constituency in the Ashanti Region Hon. Ama Pomah has cut sod for the construction of three major projects in her constituency.
The projects include the construction of 31.1 kilometer road from Kube Asi to Juabeng, other 8 Kilometers road, Astro Turf and Football Parks in the Juabeng Constituency.
The establishment of these projects is in fulfilment of her 2016 electioneering campaign pledge made to the beneficiary communities.
Hon. Ama Pomah explained that the construction of the major deployable roads in the constituency will help the farmers to plant more perishable crops that they can transport to nearest the markets for sale.
” When road is asphalted it helps boost economic activities between residents in the area and neighbouring communities,” she said.
According to her, Kube Asi and other communities in the constituency are predominantly farmers and it’s important for them to have good road network that would improve movement of vehicles in the area.
” Today, we all heave a huge sigh of relief by the cutting of the sod to begin the construction of the road and other projects,” she noted.
Hon. Ama Pomah therefore used the occasion to appeal to the residents of Kube Asi and its environs to go out and register at the upcoming Electoral Commission’s voter registration exercise.
She also urged them to commit to the health protocols of the COVID-19 to prevent them from contracting the disease.
The Chiefs and people of the beneficiary communities expressed profound gratitude to the MP and President Nana Addo Dankwa for fulfilling the promises made to them in 2016.
