V/R: Mama Hogbe, VOB donate food items to residents of Tregui.

Mama Hogbe foundation in collaborations with Voice of the Brains Group have supported the people of Tregui community with food items and hand washing materials.
The donation event took place yesterday at Tregui in the Anloga District of the Volta region.
Tregui community was chosen because of their numerous effort in attending public talks held by Mr Sorkpor Che Tsatsu (Mental Health Nurse) hence the donation.
The donation team was led by Mr Sorkpor Che Tsatsu the CEO of Voice of the Brains Group (VOBs) and other group members.
The donated items are 60 pieces of 5kg rice, 1L of frytol oil, Sachet tomatoes, Spaghetti, Tin fish, 2 Veronica buckets, liquid soaps and hand towels.
In a short speech delivered by Mr Sorkpor Che Tsatsu, he advised the town folks to take the World Health Organization (WHO) directives and protocols seriously and always wash their hands and mask on if moving out or stay indoors if you don't have anything doing outside.
Speaking on behalf of the community, The Assemblyman, Mr Abotsi Godson said they are extremely happy about the donation because this Covid19 pandemic era, things are very difficult for the people, so this donation will release them small of their numerous hunger strike.
He also thank the Two NGOs for coming together to support them with the food stuffs and other important items.
