NUTSA UCC CHAPTER ORGANIZED EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH AT DABALA SENIOR HIGH TECHNICAL SCHOOL*

The leadership of the National Secretariat of National Union of Tongu Students and Associates (NUTSA) on 13th March 2020, joined the University of Cape coast (UCC) Chapter of the Union during their educational outreach at Dabala Senior High Technical School (DASTEC).
NUTSA UCC CHAPTER annually organises educational outreach for second cycle institutions within the three Tongu Districts to promote, motivate, inspire, award, build self confidence and raise the morale of Students.
In attendance of the day's program, were the management and Staff of Dabala Senior High Technical School, the entire student body, NUTSA UCC Chapter Executives, their Chief Patron and members. The national Secretariat of NUTSA was also represented by Mr. Kekeli Fosu- National President, Mr. Anderson Adzrago Kwawu - National Associates Coordinator, Mr. Alex Kofi Adukpo - National Administrator, Mr. Seth Setordzi Zaforyi - National Secretary, Mr. Prince Tumawu - National Deputy Secretary and Mr. Afeyetso Famous - National PRO
During this year's educational program, a statistic of WASSCE results of Dabala Senior High and Technical School was presented to the school.
There was an inter-house quiz competition between the four houses of the School. At the end of the competition, House One emerged as first, house four emerged second, house two third and house three forth.
Certificates and awards were presented to the contestants of the quiz competition and best Students in the various core subjects including ICT. An award was also given to the overall best Students of all levels.
The UCC chapter also presented study materials such as text books in the various core subjects and a notice board to the management of the school.
The National Secretariat highly commend UCC chapter for their tremendous and humanitarian act of service to promoting Education within the three Tongu Districts.
We urge all chapters to follow the Footprint of UCC to help raise the flag of Education high within the three Tongu Districts.
We humbly call on all stakeholders of the Union, to support financially in organizing educational programmes for students within the three Tongu Districts and beyond.
