COVID19: Sellally Lawson Pushes Forward Book Launch

Man they say proposes, but, God disposes and we believe many people are getting the real meaning of this statement since the emergence of this Corona Virus which is not only killing people and causing panic and fear but also adversely affecting businesses and breaking down economies of most of the nations of the world.

Several governments including that of Ghana have taken several steps and put in place measures to prevent the virus from entering the territories that are yet to record a single case or prevent the spread of it in countries already hit by the pandemic.

The President of the republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo addressed the nation last Sunday 15th March and outlined new measures to be adhered to by citizens of Ghana in order to stop the spread after the sixth case was recorded. He placed ban on all public gatherings including that of churches and also closed down all school activities for the next four weeks.

Following the announcement by the President of Ghana, several events and programs especially those that were slated to happen within the next four weeks have been postponed till further notice and the latest to join is the book launch of Bismark Sellally Lawson. On the 26th of February 2020, in his appreciation letter to his friends on social media, Sellally hinted his book launch was on 22nd March 2020 and that his friends should join him. The event was to take place at Sky Plus.

However, in a circular cited by DKLass GH, the radio and TV Presenter is suspending the launch of the book he entitled Picked and Dusted, and assuring his friends and family a later date will be announced soon.
