Ghana Football Awards 2019 was held yesterday July 21, 2019, at the Accra Marriott Hotel. Was a ceremony to award people who have contributed massively to football in the year under review. Atletico Madrid midfielder, Thomas Teye Partey retained his position as the Foreign Based Player of the Year. Abdulai Mukarama the goal poacher won herself Future Star and Women’s Footballer of the Year and the Living Legend Awards went to Dogo Moro and Wilberforce Mfum.
Accra Hearts of Oak’s striker Josep Esso won the goal of the year for his wonderful strike against Dreams Fc. Felix Annan was crowned the goalkeeper of the year.
